Uses the CDE district-level rows, not an average of school results. ELPI draws from English Learners (EL), including the overall ELPI cell; it does not use All Students (ALL).
One row per school; the selected traditional Dashboard indicators are the columns. Values and colors come from the school's All Students (ALL) record, except English Learner Progress (ELPI), which always uses English Learners (EL). Suppressed results remain suppressed; schools with no applicable indicator have blank cells.
Rankings are embedded from 2025–26 Elementary Similar Schools (8/10/26), based on SED 30%, English Learners 30%, Hispanic/Latino 25%, and students with disabilities 15% (excluding M/S). The ranked six peers are shown in the workbook's original order. They are not recalculated from Dashboard scores.
Header, row/column colors, and cell borders apply to every selected comparison, on screen, in Excel, and in print. The header is independent of the Individual School Dashboard header. Keep text short to maintain one page per school.
Generating 2026 Dashboard reports automatically loads the original 2025 and 2024 files for the three-year trends.
2025 and 2024 source files load automatically from the server. Missing source values remain N/A.
Shared settings apply to the district report and every school. Customizations are separate from other Studio tabs, and saved in this browser when permitted. The header supports three fully visible, centered lines in the preview and when printing or saving as PDF.
These reports use the same navy header, colored status pills, directional arrows, and Dashboard color-level key as your sample.
Uses your 2026 CDE indicator files to prepare the two-page analysis for a school or the entire district. Goals and evidence statements are calculated offline, without AI. No data are uploaded.
Current colors come from the 2026 files. To show exact 2025 colors for every subgroup, optionally add the 2025 CDE indicator files here, or use the files already selected in Three-Year Trends. Files are read locally; no network or AI is used.
The report uses exactly two pages per school. Subgroup goals use at most fifteen rows; when more qualify, the last row identifies the undisplayed Red/Orange goals. Word .docx is a standard editable file. The legacy .doc option uses Word-compatible HTML and may display a format warning in Microsoft Word. The final two questions remain empty unless you fill them in.
These are rule-generated, evidence-based drafts. Staff may revise them. The program never claims a cause based solely on Dashboard outcomes.
Red subgroup results are ranked first, then Orange, followed by other published results if fewer than five qualify. A maximum of fifteen table rows is printed. When more than fifteen goals qualify, row fifteen reports how many additional Red/Orange goals are not shown. Optional goals can be added only when space remains.
These fields are deliberately blank. No next steps or communication plan will be generated automatically.
